Delegation of the Accounting
Chamber of Ukraine at the head of
department on questions of the use
of the state budget in the regions
of G.Samus took part in the
International science conference
«Problem of transparency of the
budgetary system and task of state
audit», which took place on
September, 16, 2011 in
Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyz Republic).
In-process the representatives of
SAI of Azerbaijan, Iran,
Kazakhstan, Latvia, Malaysia,
Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan,
Turkey, Ukraine, Estonia, and also
representatives of international
donor organizations, took part on
the conference: World Bank, USAID,
UNDP, IMF and other.
During Conference participants were
divided by experience in the field
of increase of transparency of the
budgetary system, and also the
establishments of more close
intercommunication with
legislatives and purposeful passing
related to the necessity made
suggestions and recommendations to
the carrying out of audit, based on
international standards.
On results the International
science conference of «Problem of
transparency of the budgetary
system and task of state audit»
Resolution was signed about
strengthening of partnership
between SAIs on all stages of
advancement of budgetary process.
