Ukrainian-Swedish Seminar on
Performance Audit
On August 25-27, 2010 the
Ukrainian-Swedish seminar on
performance audit will be held at
the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine
as in accordance with the Joint
action plan for 2010 to the project
"Cooperation in the field of
capacity building between the
Accounting Chamber of Ukraine and
the National Audit Office of
Sweden".
According to the agenda, the
participants of the seminar will
present the case studies to cover
all major issues, including
planning and designing performance
audit strategy, as well as phases
of its carrying out. The major
attention will be paid to the
mechanisms of audit quality
assurance.
Among others, the Swedish team is
going to present Draft INTOSAI
Standard on Performance Auditing
(ISSAI 3100) and the Addendum to
ISSAI 3100 "Establishing a
Sustainable Audit Function: High
Level Guidelines".
